Rental Agreement

Renter(s) as listed below hereby agree to rent the hall located on property owned by the Conneaut Lake Sportsmen's Association. Renter may not sublet to another party. Use of facility to be restricted to term of event ending no later than 10:00 p.m.

NOTE: The requested set up time will be verified and honored as long as there is not a rental that day. Should you like to ensure availability that day you may consider renting it for 6 hours for $75.00.

The Renter further agrees that the rented property:

1. shall not be used beyond the rated capacity.
2. shall not be used in a negligent manner.
3. shall not be used for any illegal purpose.
4. is a non-smoking facility.

The Owner warrants that to the best of their knowledge and belief the aforesaid property is free of any faults or deficiencies which would affect its safe and dependable operation under normal and prudent usage. CLSA assumes no liability for alcohol served on the premises.

Decorations - The Renter agrees not to attach any decorations to ceilings or walls, except on fabric boards. Tables may be decorated in a manner which will not cause damage to the tables. Access may be granted for setup after 6 p.m. on the previous day of event subject to availability.

Any items brought by the renter for use at the event, such as tents, chairs, beer trailers etc., shall be removed from club property by 10:00 A.M. the day after the event. The renting party is fully responsible for hall cleanup.

Rental Fees & Security deposit - A security deposit in the amount of $100 is due upon signing of this. agreement. The balance of fees are due prior to the date of the event. The renter shall not take possession of the premises unless all fees due are paid in full as agreed. Checks may be made payable to Conneaut Lake Sportsmen's Association and sent to the address of the elected club agent listed below. Reservation will be cancelled if deposit or full payment is not received within 30 days of booking.

Cancellation - Renter may cancel this agreement no less than fourteen (14) days prior to rental date without paying the remainder of balance due. Security deposit will only be refunded if cancellation is no less than 30 days prior to rental date. Conneaut Lake Sportsmen's Association reserves the right to inspect premises for any damage upon completion of occupancy. Renter(s) agrees to pay for all cost of repairs if damage is due to negligence of the renter(s). RENTER(S) HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO ALL PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
